• Customer submission channel. Decide how a submitted PPAP record is sent, acknowledged and reconciled with the customer’s decision.
• Measurement device or file store. Set how gauge readings and check attachments reach the right inspection, including sample and trial identity.
• Identity source. Match people and users so assignments and reviewer access correspond to actual staff.

Assign an owner to each connection and test a representative case in both directions where a reply is expected. Keep the inspection, submission and document status tied to a verified decision. Preserve the source identifier with imported information so a reviewer can reconcile it with the quality record.
