An inspection number identifies the human case while the record reference binds its checks, board defects, ESD checks and nonconformances. Corrective actions reference a nonconformance; that chain leads back to the inspection and check evidence. A document acknowledgment references a particular controlled document record and a person. Preserve those references during import so a status can be explained from its source evidence.
Migration order
- Load Users and People, then confirm the People-to-Users reference.
- Load controlled documents and Audits with their version and audit numbers.
- Load Inspections with subject references, types, assignees and current states.
- Load inspection checks, board defects, ESD checks and Nonconformances against their inspection references.
