Integrations

Plan any source connections needed for inspection context and quality evidence.

  • QMS for Electronics Manufacturing
  • Production records
  • Measurement capture
  • Document storage
  • Identity

Systems to connect

  • Production records. Agree how the production identifier becomes the inspection’s subject reference and how the team locates failed scope for containment during review.
  • Measurement capture. If workstation readings come from a device or laboratory system, map its resistance, check date, workstation and applied limits into the ESD check record.
  • Document storage. If instructions are maintained elsewhere, agree how the approved attachment and version are placed in controlled documents.
  • Identity. If a separate person directory is used, agree how its identities map to Users and People for named assignments.

How connections are governed

Choose a source owner for each identifier and value before moving records. Test a passing and failing inspection, an ESD reading beyond its recorded limit, and a document acknowledgment against the correct version. Reconcile imported records by their references so a retry does not leave reviewers with two apparent cases for the same event. Quality Manager reviews any mapping that changes the basis of a decision.
