How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure QMS for Food and Beverage for your business. Start with one inspection type, named reviewers and a real accepted and rejected case.
What does an inspection hold?
It records a subject reference, type, schedule, assignee, completion date and review status. Linked checks hold each requirement, observation, result and evidence attachment.
How are HACCP readings handled?
A reading records the control point, product lot, observed temperature, limits and disposition. It links to the operational inspection.
How do allergen changeovers fit?
Record the line, previous allergen, next product, cleaning date and swab result against the inspection. Pending results stay visible for review.
Who decides an inspection result?
Quality Manager reviews the inspector’s checks and decides whether the inspection is accepted or rejected.
What happens after rejection?
The rejected inspection links to a nonconformance in containment. The team records severity, investigates and prepares a corrective action.
Who approves a corrective plan?
Quality Manager verifies the plan’s nonconformance link and root cause before approving it. The owner then implements the action.
How do audits and findings connect?
Each finding belongs to an audit and can hold a requirement, severity, owner, due date and closure date.
Can the team track document acknowledgment?
Yes. An acknowledgment links a person to a controlled document and records the acknowledgment date.
