Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one inspection type and a real subject reference. Prepare its check requirements, the assigned inspector and the Quality Manager who will review the result. If the pilot includes HACCP or allergen work, agree the control point or changeover names and the evidence expected. Choose one rejected case to rehearse containment and corrective action approval.
Review before release
Have the team run an accepted case, a rejected case and a correction plan. Confirm the reviewer can see linked checks and evidence, find pending specialty checks and follow the rejected result into a nonconformance. Agree how a hold or rejection reaches the production or inventory owner.
