Who it's for

Beverage lines

A beverage line may generate repeated inspections as work moves through production. Each inspection can identify its operating subject, scheduled check and assigned person. HACCP checks preserve a control point reading beside the limits used at that moment, allowing the Quality Manager to review a held result in context.

How Food and Beverage QMS is set up for you

In-process assignment

Use in process inspections with a subject reference that points to the line's current work.

Control point reading

Record product lot, temperature, lower and upper limits, date and disposition against the inspection.

Held result

Use the HACCP holds list to find the reading and open its linked inspection for the quality decision.

Correction path

If the inspection is rejected, move into containment and assign a corrective action owner.

A beverage line may generate repeated inspections as work moves through production. Each inspection can identify its operating subject, scheduled check and assigned person. HACCP checks preserve a control point reading beside the limits used at that moment, allowing the Quality Manager to review a held result in context.

Pick one line and one control point for the first operating cycle. Agree the name of the control point and how the team enters product lots. Have the inspector record an in-limit reading and a held reading using the actual limits for each. Quality Manager should read both records beside the inspection evidence, then decide how the held case is communicated to production.

Follow a rejected case through its linked nonconformance and action plan. Test the approval step with an incomplete root cause, then with a complete explanation. This keeps the team focused on the decision quality as well as the data entry. If a production execution system must act on a hold, define that connection before daily use.
