Click Get started and use Proto to configure QMS for Manufacturing. Identify the Quality Manager and Admin who will set up the pilot. Add the Inspector and Reviewer who will work the first case, plus the people who own any corrective follow-up.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one inspection type and a real inspected subject. Prepare the linked requirements and decide which results need attached evidence. If it is production work, bring the work order reference, product code, lot number, sample size and lot size. Run a passing case and a failed case so the Reviewer can practice both decisions.
Review before release
Check that an incomplete inspection cannot reach review, that a rejected inspection opens a linked issue, and that its corrective action remains open until effectiveness is accepted. Confirm the lot and defect references lead to the inspected scope. Then agree who maintains audit findings, document versions and acknowledgments as the team adds more quality work.
