• Production execution. Agree how work order references, product codes and lot numbers reach the Inspector for Production Inspection Lots.
• Product identity. Align the product code and inspection subject reference with the identifiers used by your production team.
• Document source. Decide how controlled document attachments are prepared and versioned before Document Control records them.
• People directory. Match Users and People so assignments and acknowledgments point to the intended person.

Start with the identifiers your team already uses. Assign an owner for each source and test a sample record through inspection, lot capture and review.
