Device service quality
Service quality work still needs a clear inspected subject and a reviewer decision. A service inspection can carry the reference the operating team uses for the case, a planned date and an assigned person. Its linked checks record what the Inspector observed against each requirement, with attachments where needed.
How Medical Devices QMS is set up for you
Service inspection
Identify the service subject and assign the person who will perform the quality check.
Requirement result
Keep observations and evidence on the specific inspection check rather than only in an overall comment.
Disposition
Submit the inspection for review and let the Quality Reviewer decide accepted or rejected scope.
Follow-up
A rejected inspection can lead to a linked nonconformance and corrective action with an owner and due date.
Service quality work still needs a clear inspected subject and a reviewer decision. A service inspection can carry the reference the operating team uses for the case, a planned date and an assigned person. Its linked checks record what the Inspector observed against each requirement, with attachments where needed.
Pick one service case with a known subject reference and a short set of inspection requirements. The Inspector records each result and attaches evidence to any requirement where a file matters. Include one failed check so the reviewer can see how rejection and follow-up work in practice. The quality team should be able to find the same case by inspection number and subject reference.
For the failed scope, record the nonconformance's severity and description, then assign a corrective action owner. The owner documents cause and action, carries out the response and submits the action for effectiveness review. The Quality Reviewer closes the action only after accepting its effect. This keeps the service inspection and the later response in one connected history.
Agree how the service team supplies the subject reference and how it will receive the quality decision. The service operating record can be connected during implementation. Keep the pilot focused on the inspection and its reviewer handoff first.
