How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure QMS for Textiles and Apparel for your business. Start with one inspection type, its required checks, named inspector and reviewer, and a passing and failing rehearsal case.
Who decides whether an inspection passes?
Quality Reviewer reads the requirement checks and linked fabric or garment evidence, then accepts eligible passing scope or rejects failed scope.
How do fabric roll details reach review?
Inspector records roll number, style, inspected length, defect points, width and unit against the selected inspection. Submission sends that linked inspection to Review.
Can garment measurements be tied to the quality decision?
Yes. Each garment measurement links style, size, point, nominal, observed and tolerance to the inspection that receives the decision.
What happens when a check fails?
The reviewer rejects failed scope and opens a nonconformance linked to the inspection, with severity; the follow-up action names its owner.
Who approves a corrective action?
Quality Manager approves the planned action before implementation. An independent Quality Reviewer tests effectiveness before the action and linked case close.
When can an audit close?
Auditor closes the audit after every finding linked to it has been closed.
How are revised quality instructions handled?
Document Coordinator prepares a new version for Review. Quality Manager approves release, and earlier training acknowledgments remain tied to their documents.
Can we attach external test evidence?
Attach supporting evidence to the relevant inspection check and agree a connection for any external laboratory system your team uses.
