Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one inspection type and a familiar textile or garment subject. Define the required checks, evidence expectations and acceptance rule. For fabric, settle roll identifiers and measurement units. For garments, settle point names, nominal values and tolerances. Prepare a controlled instruction and one audit requirement if those will be part of the pilot.
Review before release
Run a passing inspection and a failed one. Check that incomplete required checks stop submission, product detail points to the right inspection, and the reviewer can record disposition. Approve one corrective plan, test independent effectiveness review and close an audit only after its findings close. Keep the people who own each decision in the rehearsal.
