Create your account
Click Get started and use Proto to configure Quality Management for your team. Identify the people who will plan inspections, capture checks and approve outcomes. Connect their People records to Users before assigning pilot work.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose a real subject reference and one inspection type. Define the linked check requirements, observations and attachments the Inspector should provide. Set a scheduled date and assignment. Run a passing case and a failing case, then follow the rejected scope into a linked issue and corrective action.
Review before release
Have Quality Approver inspect the submitted evidence and make the decision. Test that an incomplete required check is rejected. Confirm that a corrective action reaches effectiveness review before an independent reviewer closes it and that the linked issue stays open until all actions close. Review each role’s queue and the Quality Overview before expanding the pilot.
