How a Quality Management rollout works
Set up assignments, evidence rules and decisions around a real inspection cycle.
Map people
Connect Users and People, then choose the Quality Manager, Inspectors, Quality Approver and Document Controller for the pilot.
Define inspections
Agree subject references, inspection types, check requirements and what observation and attachment each requires.
Rehearse decisions
Run passing and failing inspections, review rejected scope and test linked nonconformance and corrective action closure.
Add review cycles
Plan an audit, revise a controlled document and record a quality objective with its first review.
Check access and reporting
Open the assigned queues and Quality Overview with each role, then review the source records behind the figures.
What the customer provides
Bring a real inspected subject, its existing reference, representative check requirements and examples of acceptable evidence. Name the people who assign, inspect and approve. Provide one audit scope, a document version and a measurable objective if those workstreams are part of the initial rollout. Decide who owns the records and which decisions need independent review.
Changing it afterwards
Update check requirements and role assignments with the people who use them. Keep completed inspection evidence and past review values available when definitions change. Rehearse a change with an active case before applying it across the team, especially where it affects a review decision or document version.
