Inspection conduct

An inspection begins with a subject, type, schedule and assigned Inspector. The team should be able to tell what was inspected from the subject reference and what was tested from the linked check requirements. The conduct workflow requires check observations, results and evidence before the Inspector can hand work to a reviewer.
