Education programs
A program team can maintain course definitions and enrollment cases while keeping review and delivery records tied to the case that produced them. The organization and course identify where the work belongs. A source revision lets the Academic Reviewer distinguish the current request from an earlier decision.
How Question Paper Generator is set up for you
Prepare the course
The Education Administrator checks its code, active value, organization and dates before intake begins.
Assign preparation
The Instructor owns the enrollment, supporting line details and evidence documents.
Trace the outcome
The reviewer decision, follow-up resolution and delivery reference remain related to the same enrollment.
A program team can maintain course definitions and enrollment cases while keeping review and delivery records tied to the case that produced them. The organization and course identify where the work belongs. A source revision lets the Academic Reviewer distinguish the current request from an earlier decision.
Pilot one program course and choose cases with different statuses. The Instructor records a draft with an owner and supporting question bank line, submits it and points the Academic Reviewer to the document being checked. Include a pending decision so the team can confirm who should act next. A Read Only Analyst can inspect the same case and report its current state without editing any record.
Test a correction as part of that pilot. Change a supporting document after a decision, keep the old evidence reference and record the new document. Assign a follow-up action with a due date and resolution. The Academic Reviewer checks the successor revision separately, then explains why the earlier decision does not cover the changed case.
Also use an operation attempt with an unknown result. The Education Administrator compares the run status, source revision, provider reference and receipt evidence. The Instructor records delivery only after the outcome can be reconciled. This exercise helps the program team agree what information each person must bring to its next review meeting.
