Training providers
A training provider can use an enrollment record to keep a participant request, assigned Instructor and course together. Supporting lines and documents give the Academic Reviewer a basis for deciding the case. Follow-up actions make an incomplete document a named task with a due date rather than an unexplained delay.
How Question Paper Generator is set up for you

A training provider can use an enrollment record to keep a participant request, assigned Instructor and course together. Supporting lines and documents give the Academic Reviewer a basis for deciding the case. Follow-up actions make an incomplete document a named task with a due date rather than an unexplained delay.
Choose an active course and a small group of enrollments from a real operating cycle. Include one case whose document is verified and another whose document still needs correction. The Instructor assigns the second case to a person with a due date, then records what resolved it. The Academic Reviewer should see the corrected evidence and the revision being decided.
A useful pilot asks the provider to follow one enrollment through its status changes. The Instructor points to the question bank line and external document reference; the reviewer records the reason for a returned decision; the assignee completes the follow-up. When the case is resubmitted, compare the new decision with the earlier one rather than replacing the earlier outcome.
For a delivered case, ask the Education Administrator to inspect the operation key, attempt and available receipt. If the attempt is unknown, investigate the provider reference before treating delivery as complete. Let a Read Only Analyst inspect the same trail to check that the case remains understandable to someone outside the preparation team.
