How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Real Estate + CRM + Accounting for your business. Start with one organization, one property instruction and one provider outcome before widening the operating cycle.

Who approves an instruction?

An Independent Reviewer checks the amount, instrument, counterparty eligibility and mandate for the current revision, then records the decision and reason.

Can an old approval cover a changed request?

No. A changed instruction revision needs another independent decision before it is submitted.

What happens after a provider submission?

The instruction keeps the external reference while the team waits for actual provider evidence. Verified events must satisfy the required scope before the instruction is confirmed.

What if a provider response is lost?

The team reads the operation receipt and linked effects first. The stable operation key helps an equivalent retry return its original result, while conflicting input is rejected.

How are property statements reviewed?

The Finance Reviewer checks the property, period end, collected rent and ledger reference against supporting evidence for the submitted revision and parent instruction.

How do we correct an executed instruction?

Keep the original execution evidence. A reviewer-approved compensating action addresses executed scope against its original identity.

Can several organizations use the same setup?

Yes. Instructions, counterparties, team members and property statements link to their operating organization. Set each organization’s currency and time zone during setup.

Where do exceptions appear?

The Operations Overview includes a paginated exception queue covering instructions, execution evidence, decisions and operation receipts. Open the source records to resolve each case.

What drives the cost?

Ordinary manual use follows the platform pricing policy. Imports, integrations and agent execution use metered credits; implementation is scoped separately. See the current pricing page.
