Click Get started and use Proto to configure Real Estate + CRM + Accounting for your business. Name the operating organization and the people who will prepare instructions, make independent decisions, coordinate provider submissions and review property statements.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Add the organization, team members and active counterparties. Choose one property operation with a clear mandate, requested amount and provider path. Have the Operations Analyst prepare the instruction and a separate Independent Reviewer decide its current revision. Submit the authorized identity, retain the external reference and reconcile the provider’s evidence. If the cycle includes a property statement, attach its source material and have the Finance Reviewer decide the submitted revision.
Review before release
Try a changed amount after approval, a duplicate provider event and a lost acknowledgment. Confirm that the team can find the original receipt, investigate a needs-review result and keep executed evidence when correction is required. Compare the confirmed case with the provider and finance sources before extending the process to more organizations or properties.
