Create your account

Click Get started to create your workspace. Choose the organization responsible for the first property packet and name the people who will own, verify, review and share its documents. Decide who may inspect attachments and operation receipts.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Add a property definition with a stable code and parcel reference. Create a packet with a document date and owner, then attach a deed or agreement as evidence. Add its title observation with the correct source reference. Have the Indexing Operator check the source and record the indexed revision. Ask the Document Reviewer to decide on that revision and give a reason if the material needs correction.

Review before release

Use a clean packet and one with a source discrepancy. Confirm that the owner can resolve the discrepancy without losing the earlier version or decision. Have the Sharing Manager compare the approved revision with the packet’s expiry and receipt evidence. Finally, ask the Records Auditor to explain the status history. Agree the live document source and delivery destination before using the same path with customer files.
