How a Real Estate Investment Tracker rollout works

Set up one organization and rehearse a complete instruction and property cash flow cycle.

  1. Set operating scope

Confirm organization codes, currencies, time zones, team membership and counterparty eligibility. Assign separate preparation and review responsibility.

  2. Load a representative case

Enter an instruction with an owner, counterparty, amount, revision and supporting attachments.

  3. Rehearse decisions

Review the instruction independently, then submit a property cash flow snapshot for its own decision.

  4. Reconcile provider results

Match acknowledgement and execution events to the authorized instruction. Test a duplicate event and an unknown response.

  5. Check reporting and access

Review open requests, submitted snapshots, unresolved receipts and the audit trail as each role.

What the customer provides

Provide the organization and member roster, counterparty details, a representative instruction, source documents, property cash records and a provider response that can be used for a pilot. Name the person who can decide on each revision and the person who can resolve an uncertain external outcome. Agree how forecast scenarios and property names will be written.

Changing it afterwards

When a request changes, preserve the earlier decision and review the new revision. Retain provider event IDs and operation keys during imports or corrections. Rehearse membership and visibility changes with the actual roles before widening access. Use roles and the data model as the change checklist.
