- Real Estate Investment Tracker
- Who it's for
- Investment operators
Investment operators
An investment operator can use the tracker to keep requests, cash flow snapshots and the resulting evidence under the same organization. The Operations Analyst prepares requests and property entries; the Independent Finance Reviewer decides on the current revision. The useful unit of review is a linked case, with its counterparty, amount, attachments and later provider evidence.
How Real Estate Investment Tracker is set up for you
Instruction ownership
Assign each request to a team member and show its current review or provider state in Open Instructions.
Property context
Record dated net cash by property and forecast scenario, with a parent instruction for the reviewer to inspect.
Decision trail
Preserve a named reviewer, reason and source revision when an instruction is accepted or returned.
External result
Keep provider references and execution events tied to the original instruction.
Begin with one organization and a small group of active counterparties. Choose an investment request that has supporting documents and a known provider result. Have the analyst enter its record number, requested amount and owner, then attach the supporting case. Let the reviewer inspect the current revision and record a decision. Add the provider event and compare its quantity, price and fees with the authorized scope.
Next, select a property cash flow entry related to that request. Record its occurrence date, net cash amount and scenario, then submit it for a separate decision. Use the completed list to check the final property entry, and use the decision log to see who made the review. Rehearse one correction so the team can see how a new revision preserves the old decision.
Agree who maintains counterparty eligibility and who checks unresolved receipts. If the provider response is uncertain, the analyst and reviewer should reconcile the existing operation before another external action is considered. The pilot is ready when each person can follow a request from the organization to its decision, provider evidence and related property snapshot.
