Create your account

Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account, then use Proto to configure Recipe Management System for your operation. Name the team members who own recipes, orders, kitchen preparation, supervisor decisions and exception review.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one organization, one active kitchen, a small menu and a service time. Enter ingredient declarations and yield lines, approve the applicable recipe revision, then accept an order with representative portions. Submit a batch ticket for independent review and record the actual preparation and service.

Review before release

Check a changed recipe revision, a mismatched ticket reference, a partial service and a failed operation receipt. Reconcile the parent order, decisions, local effects and any provider or fulfillment evidence. Continue to implementation for the rollout sequence and pricing for cost information.

Set up Recipe Management System your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
