How a Recruitment CRM rollout works
Set up client records, team access and review practice around a real hiring request.
Define ownership
Name the App Administrator, Relationship Owners, Sales Manager and Auditor for the first operating group. Confirm organization scope and independent review responsibility.
Prepare client records
Enter organizations, team membership and active accounts. Agree account codes, contact naming and eligibility decisions.
Open a live case
Create an opportunity for a current client request, assign its owner and record the first activity. Check stage and expected close date conventions.
Review terms
Add a mandate with position terms and supporting evidence. Have a different Sales Manager inspect the submitted revision and record a decision.
Check outcomes
Work through a won and a lost case, including the date or reason. Inspect the associated receipt and any exception needing review.
What the customer provides
Bring current client accounts, organization and team membership, a few open hiring requests, position terms for a submitted mandate, and an example client conversation. Name the people who will prepare and review the first decisions. If historic evidence is imported, retain its opportunity link, dates and revision context.
Changing it afterwards
When the team changes a stage convention or review rule, rehearse it on a current opportunity and a submitted mandate. Check that the owner and Sales Manager understand the same decision point. Keep prior activity, decisions and receipts available for the Auditor. See the data model before importing additional history.
