The client mandate holds the search name, client, lead consultant, organization, fee value, budget hours and delivery status. Work, milestones and expenses link back to it.

A submitted line must be billable, have hours and name a mandate. An accepted line moves to Approved and records a review decision and operation receipt. A failed guard leaves the line Submitted with a Failed receipt.

Finance approves the milestone for billing. The invoice operation requires an amount and mandate before moving an Approved milestone to Invoiced and recording its result.

A placement fee payment links to a search milestone. Finance can follow its invoice number, due date, status and received amount. Overdue and disputed payments remain in a focused list.

Yes. Time entries and expenses link the consultant to a client mandate. A submitted expense can include its category, amount and receipt link.
