What you can do
Review evidence in daily work
Review decisions record the subject type, subject reference, reviewer, decision, time and notes. Operation receipts record the operation type, reference, result, time, actor and optional document URL. Attachments connect a file to a parent record by table name and record identifier. Together these records help a reviewer explain what was decided, what was attempted and which source row needs correction.
How the work is organized
- Source record. review decisions records the subject reference and the reviewer’s decision. Operation receipts records each executed operation and its result. Record attachments links supporting files to a named parent record and identifier.
- Named owner. Delivery Reviewer compares a delivery decision with its source line. Finance Manager checks invoice and payment operation receipts against the same milestone or payment reference.
- Visible outcome. Check the source status and linked evidence before the next person acts.
What to agree during setup
Agree how subject references are formed and how long supporting files are retained. Keep reviewer identity separate from the consultant who prepared work. During rehearsal, open a failed receipt and a successful one, then navigate to the source delivery or milestone and confirm their statuses agree with the outcomes.
Check the handoff on an actual case
For example, an approval attempt on a delivery without hours leaves the delivery Submitted. The Failed operation receipt shows that the action did not complete. After the source line is corrected, the reviewer can make the decision with the current evidence. A successful operation adds the review decision and receipt. The finance manager applies the same evidence check to an approved milestone before assuming it was invoiced.
Match the subject reference to the exact delivery code when several lines share a consultant or date. Compare a Failed receipt with the current source status before retrying. Keep the earlier result available so a later successful operation does not erase the reason the first attempt failed.
The subject reference matters when several deliveries share a date or consultant. Ask the reviewer to confirm the exact delivery code before relying on the decision in a billing discussion.
An attachment can support the review, but its file link does not replace the decision or operation result. Check the parent record identifier before relying on a document in a billing discussion.
