Integrations

Plan the source and receipt handoffs around reviewed return packages.

  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Source calculation
  • Filing destination
  • Evidence storage
  • Identity source

Systems to connect

  • Source calculation. Agree where the reported amount is calculated and how the approved figure is entered on the return.
  • Filing destination. If a separate portal receives a package, record its accepted submission receipt on the return.
  • Evidence storage. Agree whether supporting files are attached to the assessment and how their visibility should be set.
  • Identity source. Map platform users to team members so owners and reviewers can be identified on records.

How connections are governed

Assign a person to reconcile each external reference with the package and period it belongs to. Keep the return’s organization and parent assessment aligned. When an operation receipt contains an external reference, inspect the existing result and effect references before repeating an uncertain action. The team should know who can correct a rejected return, who decides on its new revision and where the accepted receipt is kept. Work through one real cycle during implementation.
