How a Remittance Platform rollout works

Set up parties, authority and provider evidence before the first operating cycle.

  1. Define scope

Name operating organizations, Treasury Operator, Treasury Approver and Reconciliation Analyst; agree which provider supplies each identity.

  2. Load reference records

Verify counterparties, accounts, active flags, currencies and effective rates.

  3. Configure decisions

Test revision changes, independent review, quote decisions and attachment visibility.

  4. Rehearse provider outcomes

Submit a controlled instruction and inspect evidence, receipts and reconciliation items.

  5. Review exceptions

Check a repeated event, amount mismatch and correction before widening use.

What the customer provides

Bring organization and counterparty identifiers, provider account mappings, operator and reviewer assignments, sample instruction terms and safe provider event samples. The team also needs a rule for who resolves an unresolved operation receipt.

Changing it afterwards

Change party and account master records through their named owners. A changed instruction amount or quote revision returns to the right decision. Keep original provider evidence and prior review decisions visible. Use the data model to plan imports and the process pages to rehearse handoffs.
