Keys and references
Assessments links to Organizations, team members and business units. The parent reference on an application, test, decision, attachment or receipt takes a reader back to the same assessment. Review decisions also identifies its reviewer. Record attachments identifies its uploader. Keep record numbers, operation keys and provider references stable when importing history; these fields answer different matching questions.
Migration order
- Set up organizations and users. Confirm organization codes, time zones, currencies and account identities.
- Load operating scope. Import business units and team members with their parent references intact.
- Bring in assessment parents. Preserve record numbers, periods, amounts, owners and revisions.
- Add dependent records. Link test lines, attachments, decisions, applications and receipts to the correct assessment.
