The application record holds its parent assessment, organization, applicant, submission time, initial deposit, provider application reference, decision time, revision and status.

The reviewer records Approve, Reject or Return with the assessment source revision, time and reason in review decisions. Application status and decision date are recorded separately.

App Administrator maintains organization and membership records. Approval belongs to the Independent Assurance Reviewer.

Use the unresolved receipt queue to inspect Pending, Failed or needs review records, their operation keys, expected revisions and failure reasons.

Auditor has scoped read access to assigned evidence and reports. The role does not write operational records or execute actions.

Set the organization and business unit codes, record-number convention, owner mappings, period basis and source of provider references. Then test a parent assessment with its linked records.
