What the customer provides
Provide organization and business unit codes, the team membership list, a sample assessment period, and the source documents used in a real review. Identify the provider responsible for application references and the external registry information the team uses. Name the owner of each connection and the person who decides when an operation is complete.
Changing it afterwards
When a period, owner or amount changes, retain the prior decision’s source revision and decide whether another review is required. Keep older application and operation references attached to their parent assessment. Add a new business unit only after its organization and access scope are clear. Rehearse any change to attachment visibility and report access with the same roles used in the first cycle.
