Give each source a clear owner and a stable external reference. Check a corrected provider response as carefully as a first response. Compare a repeated message with the existing operation key or reference before anyone records another outcome. Confirm how a failure reason and effect reference appear on the receipt. Keep the reviewer decision and the external provider result as distinct records so the team can explain both.
