1. Record supporting checks Assessment Tester

   The Assessment Tester records the tested date, evidence type and verification value under an assessment. The Control Owner attaches the source file to the same parent.

2. Decide assessment Independent Assurance Reviewer

   The Independent Assurance Reviewer checks the current source revision and records a reasoned decision.

   • Link the reviewer and decision to the assessed revision.
   • Updates Review decisions, Team members, Assessments
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

3. Reconcile outcome Control Owner

   The Control Owner compares the receipt's expected revision, operation key, result state and effect references with the parent case. The reviewer can inspect the assessment decision while the owner checks an external result before recording completion.

   • Keep attempted actions and actual effect references together.
   • Updates Operation receipts, Assessments, Certificate retirements
