The Independent Assurance Reviewer reads the current revision, checks the evidence and records Approve, Reject or Return with a reason and decision time.

Track application Control Owner
If the assessment is approved, the Control Owner can create the related application under the same parent. The reviewer can find the assessment decision through that parent; application outcomes use the application status and decision date.
