How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Rental Payment Platform for your business. Begin with one organization, a representative lease, an open period and a verified receipt sample.

What does a rent schedule record?

It records the lease, expected due date and rent amount against an accounting document. The schedule gives the reviewer the charge context before collection.

Can a due rent amount be counted as collected cash?

Collection uses a verified provider receipt and a cash application. The schedule remains the expected obligation.

Who reviews a submitted schedule?

Accounting Reviewer examines the submitted revision and supporting evidence and records a decision with its reason.

What happens to a rejected document?

Accounting Preparer corrects the source work and submits a new revision for review. The earlier decision stays attributable to the version reviewed.

When can a document be posted?

Ledger Accountant uses an approved revision, active accounts, balanced debits and credits, and an open period covering the posting date.

How are partial payments handled?

Cash Reconciler applies only the verified amount available on the receipt and leaves the remaining document balance open.

How are duplicate provider events handled?

The provider event identity is retained so a repeated event can be recognized before it creates another available receipt or application.

Where can my team inspect failed actions?

Operations Overview and Failed Operations lead to the action result, reason and affected document.

Can we connect our payment provider?

Yes. Agree the event identity, partner mapping and verification signal during implementation, then rehearse duplicates and partial payments.
