Create your account

Click Get started and use Proto to configure Requirements Management for your business. Identify a Project Manager, Business Analyst, QA Engineer and the team members who will update assigned work. Begin with a project and organization the team already knows.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Enter the organization’s contact details, the project’s owner and dates, and the current requirement revisions. Break one requirement into assigned items and set a due date for each. Prepare one baseline with acceptance criteria and a target date. Bring the verification concerns and time entries needed for a realistic pilot.

Review before release

Open the project, requirement and item views under the intended roles. Submit the baseline and confirm the operation receipt refers to the right revision; have the Project Manager record a decision. Submit a valid time entry, then test an invalid one and review the failure receipt. Check the attachment visibility and linked project references before bringing in the remaining work.

Set up Requirements Management your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
