How a Requirements Management rollout works
Set up project references, requirement ownership and review rules in a pilot.
Prepare context
Enter organizations, team members and an active project with owner and dates. Agree the meaning of project status and delivery method.
Build the register
Import current requirements with project links, owners and revisions. Add assignable requirement items and check the board.
Rehearse acceptance
Create a baseline with acceptance criteria, submit it and inspect the stamped review time and receipt. Have the Project Manager record the decision.
Check exceptions
Record a verification finding and change impact, assign owners and test how they appear in project reviews.
Check effort and evidence
Submit valid and invalid time entries and inspect decisions, receipts and attachment visibility.
What the customer provides
Provide the current organization and project list, responsible team members, requirement descriptions and revisions, acceptance criteria, existing work assignments and any files the team needs for review. Name the people who will own project changes, baseline decisions and verification. Decide how estimated, actual and logged hours should be read in your operating review.
Changing it afterwards
When a requirement changes, update its revision and review any baseline that refers to the earlier version. Check linked items, findings and time entries before moving project status. Review role access as the team changes. New imports should preserve the same project and parent references tested in the pilot.
