Click Get started to create your ERP.AI account. Download Proto and describe the research program, its owner and the first funding and evidence review you want to configure.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one program with a current award and named Reviewer. Gather the program budget and dates, award restrictions, assigned activity, milestone evidence, a project protocol reference and an output identifier. Define one outcome measure and a reporting period. Bring an expense claim with evidence for the review rehearsal.
Review before release
Ask the Reviewer to decide an award and an expense from their linked records. Check that an unsupported claim is rejected and an approved claim remains distinct from paid. Trace the project and output to the program and inspect their identifiers. Compare an outcome result with its measure definitions and evidence. Reconcile the pilot records with their source before inviting the wider team.
