How the model is organised

Engagement

Organizations and Bookings establish the delivery customer, owner, schedule and budget.

Work

Resources group work within a booking; booking resources hold assigned items, dates and hours.

Time

Resource usage records dated hours against a booking and optionally an assigned item.

Exceptions and checkpoints

Booking conflicts, resource constraints and Confirmations hold follow-up work.

Evidence and identity

Review decisions, operation receipts and record attachments preserve outcomes; team members and Users support people and access.
