How a Restaurant + POS + Inventory + Delivery rollout works

Set up the menu, service locations and review handoffs before an operating pilot.

  1. Establish operating context

Set organizations, time zones, currencies, service locations and team member identities.

  2. Prepare the menu

Confirm active products, ingredient units and allergen declarations, then review recipe revisions, yields and effective dates.

  3. Configure responsibilities

Assign order, kitchen, supervisor, inventory, delivery and finance access. Decide who may review a submitted ticket or compensating correction.

  4. Rehearse service

Take a draft order through acceptance, preparation, ticket review and actual service or delivery events.

  5. Rehearse exceptions

Compare a pending receipt with its linked effects, then test a partial-service correction and provider refund evidence.

What the customer provides

Provide menu product codes and prices, ingredient units and declarations, approved recipe details, active service destinations, staff identities and the operating rules for accepting orders. Supply the provider event and delivery partner identifiers that staff use to reconcile external evidence. Name the people who can independently review tickets and financial exceptions.

Changing it afterwards

Introduce new recipe revisions with an effective date and preserve the version used for accepted work. Review changes to a service location or product before they affect future orders. For an accepted order, compare its current revision, preparation times, served portions, review decisions and operation receipts before making a correction. Rehearse a change on a representative order before using it during service.
