Who it's for

Multi-outlet food service

A group running several outlets needs each order to belong to the right organization and destination. Organizations hold operating currency and time zone. Service locations carry their own organization, code, address and active state. Team members connect a person and platform identity to an organization, giving managers a consistent basis for assignment.

How Restaurant + POS + Inventory + Delivery is set up for you

At setup

Admin keeps organization codes and service locations distinct so staff do not route an order to a similarly named outlet.

For the menu

Inventory Manager maintains products and approved recipes with effective dates, yields and ingredient quantities.

On each order

Order Manager assigns an owner and destination before acceptance. Kitchen Operator follows the order's actual meal lines.

For review

Kitchen Supervisor sees the ticket's organization and parent order when reviewing the submitted revision.

A group running several outlets needs each order to belong to the right organization and destination. Organizations hold operating currency and time zone. Service locations carry their own organization, code, address and active state. Team members connect a person and platform identity to an organization, giving managers a consistent basis for assignment.

Start with one organization and two active service locations. Confirm each location's code, contact and address, then create a team member for each person who will own or review work. Rehearse an order for each location and confirm that the kitchen ticket points to the correct organization and parent order. A wrong location is a real operating error even when the food itself is correct.

Add an approved recipe and record one ingredient movement for a prepared line. Then test a ticket submitted under the wrong guest count or delivery reference. The supervisor's decision should explain the correction, while the original order and ticket revision remain traceable. Use the exception queue when an operation receipt remains unresolved.
