Review the current priced offer and record customer acceptance within its validity.
Pricing Reviewer opens the quote in Review and checks the priced lines, customer context and validity. The request must identify the current revision and the evidence supporting the commercial offer.
Pricing Reviewer approves, rejects or returns the revision with a reason. Approval moves the quote to Approved; rejection moves it to Rejected; return sends it to Draft for correction. The preparer cannot supply their own independent approval.
Quote Specialist corrects a returned draft and requests pricing again. The earlier decision stays with its source revision. The revised offer goes back through review before the customer can accept it.
Quote Specialist records the customer's acceptance of the eligible Approved revision. The action checks revision and expiry before moving the quote to Accepted and recording the acceptance time.
