Decision and evidence review

Review decisions holds a reviewer’s recorded outcome for a plan, plan line, schedule, billing run or invoice. Evidence documents links a file by parent table name and record ID, with its kind, uploader and date. Operation receipts records what an action attempted and whether it succeeded, failed, was skipped or remains pending. These records answer different questions and should be read together for a significant decision.
