Risk review

Assess a project concern, name its response and return to it at a dated checkpoint.

Step by step

  1. Identify risk Risk Owner

Risk Owner writes the concern against the project, with a description and identified date. A clear project link keeps the assessment in the right delivery context.

    • Connect concern to the engagement
    • Updates Risk register, Projects

  3. Plan mitigation Risk Owner

  4. Review checkpoint Project Manager
