Keys and references

Use Parent for the actual event relationship on Admissions, race entries, payment evidence, record attachments, review decisions and operation receipts. Keep the race entries.Event label separate from that reference. Review decisions.source revision refers to event review scope; a race-result authority must be identified through the verified result operation’s evidence.

Operation key and expected revision identify an attempted event operation. Provider event ID and provider reference identify financial evidence, while an admission’s provider receipt supplies its provider context. Resolve those identifiers through the agreed connection contract when reconciling payments.

Migration order

  1. Establish Users and Organizations, then link team members to accounts and the club organization.
  2. Load Venues with organization, contact details and eligibility notes, then Events with valid owner and venue references.
  3. Load Admissions and race entries under their correct parent events, preserving reservation, admission and registration evidence separately.
  4. Bring in payment evidence through the authorized provider verification process, retaining original event identifiers and references.
  5. Preserve review decisions, record attachments and operation receipts with their original source revisions, uploader identities, operation keys and evidence references.
