Event preparation
Event Coordinator prepares owned Draft events and uses authorized opening, close and cancellation actions. Admin maintains the club, venue and staff identity context.
Gate operations
Admissions Steward reserves places and admits authorized reservation lines through guarded actions. A receipt helps resolve an uncertain request before another action is attempted.
Timing evidence
Race Entrant supplies evidence for the authorized entry. Independent Reviewer makes the independent decision, and Results Publisher performs the separate execution step.
Financial evidence
Finance Reviewer inspects provider-backed events and unresolved payment questions. Provider verification and financial effects follow the authorized connection process.
Audit access
Auditor reads permitted evidence without changing decisions, receipts or attendance history. Administrative account maintenance does not confer business approval authority.
