Create your account
Click Get started and use Proto to configure SaaS Management Platform for your business. Name the Service Manager, Change Approver, Service Technician and Finance Officer who will take part in the pilot.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one active service and an application subscription with a known owner, renewal date, licensed seats and monthly cost. Add people and their usage allocations. Submit an access request tied to that service, and prepare an incident with a real assignee and dated update. Bring one planned change with risk, a scheduled window and rollback plan.
Review before release
Ask the Service Manager to approve and reject representative requests. Ask the Change Approver to decide a reviewed change. Check that the technician can find assigned incident work and that the Finance Officer can inspect receipt exceptions. Compare the resulting subscription and usage records with the source systems before expanding the scope. See implementation for the rehearsal order.
