Create your account

Click Get started to open Safety / Incident Reporting. Assign an Admin to enter the organization, operating unit and team members. Identify the Safety Manager and Independent Reviewer before inviting the pilot team to work on a live case.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose one assessment period and a control that is already understood by the team. Enter a representative incident or near miss, record a test and finding, then assign a corrective action. Use the same case to agree how evidence is titled, who can see it and what counts as a passing retest.

Review before release

Ask the Independent Reviewer to inspect the submitted revision, action evidence and retest. Record a reasoned decision and compare it with the investigation status and operation receipt. Review the unresolved work in Operations Overview, then add more sites only when the handoff is clear.

Set up Safety / Incident Reporting your way.
