Confirm the organization’s local timezone before preparing the first appointment.

Bring a booking example with the customer name, intended start and end, quote and required resources. Include the consent material and a provider event that illustrates your deposit policy. Agree the meaning of reserved units and the setup and cleanup time used during resource planning.

Prepare an actual service-use example with a recognizable product lot and quantity convention. Identify the person who submits it and the person who independently reviews it. Set up any source connections after those identifiers and responsibilities are clear.

Place an eligible booking on hold and confirm it only after the required evidence is available. Test a stale version and missing evidence, then review the operation outcomes. Submit actual service use, obtain the close-out decision and complete an approved case without duplicate posting on a successful repeat.
