How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Salon Management System for your business. Begin with a familiar service, its appointment interval and the chair or room it needs. Rehearse stylist review, booking confirmation and service completion, then examine the separate provider payment outcome.

Can we view the appointment schedule?

Booking Schedule shows held, confirmed and active visits with their scheduled start and end. Agree the salon time zone and the way staff interpret the interval before using the schedule for daily coordination.

How do we record room or station requirements?

Link reservation lines to the booking and actual resources. Record the units reserved, capacity basis and setup or cleanup minutes. Agree how the hold policy uses these values when examining nearby appointments.

Who reviews the stylist appointment?

Booking Supervisor independently decides the submitted stylist appointment revision. The preparer records the named stylist, service and duration, while the reviewer examines the current scope and supporting evidence before the eligible confirmation action proceeds.

Does a completed stylist appointment mean the visit is finished?

A completed stylist arrangement records its successful confirmation. The booking still follows its own arrival and service lifecycle. Record service completion and its date when the customer’s visit is actually supported as finished.

What evidence is needed to confirm a held booking?

Use the consent and deposit evidence agreed in the salon’s policy. Examine verified provider evidence separately from the quoted amount. An unverified external result requires review rather than an unsupported confirmation outcome.

Is the quoted amount the same as collected payment?

The quote records the offered amount. Payment evidence records provider events such as authorization, capture, refund and void with their verification state. Read those events separately before discussing money received.

How are cancellations and no-shows handled?

Use the eligible operation for the current booking revision and salon scope. Record a no-show only after the agreed appointment threshold. Release still-reserved capacity once and preserve completed service and provider payment history.

Can we correct work after it has been executed?

Use the reviewed correction process for work already carried out. Booking Supervisor approves the corrective action, and its receipt retains the original booking reference and supporting evidence. Reconcile uncertain results before treating the correction as complete.

What does reconciliation do?

It compares an operation’s claimed result with the actual linked evidence, including scope, identity, quantities and revision. Supported effects can be recorded as complete; discrepancies remain needs-review items. Reconciliation does not blindly repeat an external action.
