Assign and review a run
A planned run still needs a workable crew and bus commitment. The assignment links the run to a driver and vehicle for a dated interval. The Supervisor can review eligibility, readiness and any defect before an independent decision is recorded. The run and assignment retain separate states so the team can tell a confirmed resource from a bus that has actually been dispatched.
